Argus Remote Systems was established in 1991 and currently has 30 employees and 3 consultants. Mohn Drilling, an offshore air- and saturation diving contractor, is the main shareholder of the companies owning 71% of shares in Argus Remote Systems; as well as the ROVs. From January 2009 the survey department has been operated as a separate company: Argus Survey. Argus Remote Systems owns 100% of Argus Survey.
