Argus has supplied electric ROV systems to the aquaculture industry for many years, with over 30 Inspector vehicles and 12 Mariner systems equipped with drill skids currently in operation.

These vehicles are used for a range of tasks including net inspection, fish health monitoring, environmental assessments, and anchoring operations using drill skids.

A key reason for the Inspector's popularity is its ability to provide a stable platform for video documentation, which is often a required part of the final delivery to the end customer. The consistent image quality and maneuverability make it well suited for routine inspections in exposed and sheltered farm locations.

The Mariner is a flexible electric ROV that is frequently used in combination with our optional drill skid system. This configuration supports anchoring operations for fish farms, where precise placement is essential. The drill skid is capable of drilling holes with a diameter of 72mm to a depth of 800mm, and can be adapted to different seabed conditions.

Both systems are designed for ease of deployment and operation, with a focus on reliability and low maintenance requirements in demanding marine environments.
